Description

With a storyline entrenched in classic Greek mythology, PRAXIS centers on Brian (Tim Macy) who searches longingly for the basic truths and meaning in both his life and the universe around him.  Fighting against fear and indifference in society, Brian’s quest mirrors that of Proteus (the prophetic old man of the sea) who could see clearly through the entire depths of the sea.

As Brian struggles desperately to sift through the fragments of his persona, his successful career as a writer disintegrates around him, placing him dangerously on the brink of a complete mental breakdown.

Brian’s close friend Joe (Andrew Roth) does his best to guide Brian through the dangerous and conflicted waters.  However, an unexpected sensually erotic encounter between the two results in a surprising twist in their relationship.  Add in an extremely elusive and mysterious female character (Regina Aquino) and the quest deepens even more.
