Description
“Surely one of the two or three best lesbian films ever made. You heard me, best lesbian films ever!” – Curve Magazine
Drop dead gorgeous writer-director Lisa Gornick stars as a jaded dyke navigating lesbian life in London. Brit TV phenom Raquel Cassidy co-stars as her soon to be ex-girlfriend in this spunky, charming, irresistible little movie!
Our narrator Marina is caught in the midst of a thirty-something crisis after breaking up with girlfriend Romy. She starts to question her entire life, embarking on a philosophical journey to make sense of her intricately woven community of lovers, family, and friends. As she cycles through London looking for answers, chance encounters with friends, ex-lovers and the occasional stranger, present her with an ensemble of people, all stumbling through crises of their own.
This is a sparkling philosophical comedy about life and all the questions it throws at you, and a vibrant exploration of the complexities of love, sex, and relationships.
