Wolfe Video The Guitar — Autographed Guitar Contest

OFFICIAL RULES

1. SPONSOR: Wolfe Video, PO Box 64, New Almaden, CA 95042.

2. ENTRY: All persons registered or updated between December 19th, 2008 and February 28th, 2009 at 11:59 pm EST. For purposes of these Official Rules ("Rules"), all times are Eastern Time. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY to enter this Sweepstakes. To enter, go to http://www.WolfeVideo.com/contests and fill out the form. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply. It is your sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor in writing if you change your e-mail address. To do so, email us at info@wolfevideo.com.

3. LIMITATIONS: Multiple entries are allowed in this contest (see site for details of how to obtain additional entries). Open only to persons 18 or older by February 28th, 2009. Participants must be legal residents of the 50 states or Washington, D.C. and not employees of the Sponsors; its parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies; the advertising, promotional or fulfillment agencies of any of them; nor members of their immediate families or same households are able to enter the contest. The Entities are not responsible for entries from persons residing, or physically located, outside the United States; inaccurate, forged, incomplete, stolen, lost, illegible, mutilated, tampered with, misdirected, delayed or late Entries; inaccurate or incomplete capture online of Registration information; lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications; failed phone, computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; traffic congestion; garbled or jumbled transmissions; or other errors of any kind, whether due to electronic, mechanical or human error or other causes; each of which potential Entries will be disqualified. Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations.

4. PRIZES: One (1) GRAND PRIZE: Stratocaster guitar signed by The Guitar star Saffron Burrows; Ten (10) FIRST PRIZES: Autographed full-size movie poster of The Guitar (signed by star Saffron Burrows); Twenty (20) SECOND PRIZES: Autographed mini-poster of The Guitar (signed by star Saffron Burrows); Five (5) THIRD PRIZES: Autographed CD soundtrack of The Guitar (signed by star Saffron Burrows).

5. PROCEDURES: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01:00 A.M., December 19th, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M., February 28th, 2009. On or about February 28th, 2009, in a random drawing, winners will be selected from all registered contestants. Odds of winning depend on the total number of persons registered.

6. WINNERS: Will be notified by e-mail on or about March 5th, 2009. Disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner will result from any of the following: (1) failure of a potential winner to respond to notification within ten (10) days of transmission; (2) the return of an e-mail notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts; (3) failure of a potential winner to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release within ten (10) days from the date of transmission; (4) the return of any notification as undeliverable; or (5) any other non-compliance with the Rules.

7. CONDITIONS: Each entrant by entering this sweepstakes agrees that: (1) he/she will abide by and be bound by the Rules and the Sponsor's decisions; (2) the Entry becomes solely the Sponsor's property and will not be returned; (3) none of the Entities, nor any of their officers, directors, employees, agents or representatives are responsible for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from sweepstakes participation; the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any prize; participation in any prize related activity; or from computer downloading any sweepstakes information; (4) the prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose); (5) any portion of a prize not accepted by the winner will be forfeited; and (6) Sponsor is not responsible for any inability of any winner to accept any prize for any reason.
