Wolfe’s prior experience includes 14 years of Production and 18 years as the Co-Founder of Arrow Graphics, a national advertising company with 13 offices in 5 states. Kathy Wolfe is an experienced businesswoman with strengths in negotiating, budgeting, goal setting and human resources. 2010 celebrated Wolfe’s 25th year as the largest exclusive distributor of gay feature film in the world. In a year threatened by format changes and a struggling economy; Wolfe President Maria Lynn has rocketed Wolfe into the center of the Independent Film Market. As a result of Wolfe Video’s work, gay feature films are now a strong genre in a sea of releasing. Wolfe has successfully placed this unique product in mainstream retail, digital platforms and broadcasting to create new & profitable opportunities. Amongst the daily activities of running the company, she is responsible for acquisitions, contract negotiations and finance. She has extensive knowledge working with novice and seasoned producers and is intimately aware of the challenges and pitfalls they face. Lynn’s background includes Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and over 25 years in finance and operations management. In addition to having been recognized numerous times as one of the top women in the home entertainment industry by Home Media Magazine, Lynn has also been honored by POWER UP as one of the “top ten amazing women in showbiz” and was recently acknowledged by Go Magazine as one of the 100 Women We Love: Class of 2011!

Linda Voutour is Wolfe’s Vice President of Sales & Marketing and a veteran of Wolfe since 1995. She is an expert in relationship building, market development, advertising, sales and negotiations. Her background in distribution and fulfillment helped develop Wolfe’s unique in-house warehouse facilities, and her marketing expertise sets Wolfe apart as the best in the business. Buyers nationwide rely on Voutour’s team and their knowledge of what will work for their retail businesses.

Jenni Olson

Jenni Olson is Wolfe’s Director of E-Commerce & Consumer Marketing. One of the world’s leading experts on LGBT cinema, Jenni has experience in virtually all realms of the independent film world. She is one of the co-founders of PlanetOut.com, where she established PopcornQ.com, the largest LGBT film and entertainment site on the web. Jenni also co-created PlanetOut’s e-commerce and streaming video offerings way back in 1995. She continues to work (in her spare time) as a filmmaker, film festival consultant, critic, historian and archivist. Her debut feature, The Joy of Life premiered at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival. Jenni lives in San Francisco with her partner and their two daughters.

Michele Stawowy

Michele Stawowy has been Wolfe’s Director of Operations & Finance since 2006. She brings nearly twenty years of experience in operations management from a diverse array of industries. In her current role, she works with filmmakers to obtain the materials needed for a successful film release, and then to provide royalty reporting and support after the release. Her expertise has been beneficial in improving Wolfe’s operational processes, budgeting and IT infrastructure. Michele has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA.

Kim Frizza

Kim Frizza is Wolfe’s National Sales Director and has been part of the Wolfe Pack since 2004. She brings over 15 years of sales and marketing experience in the Entertainment Industry. Working in both the music and movie side of the business has allowed Kim to perfect her negotiation skills and create solid relationships with accounts. All of which has helped Wolfe stand apart as a leader in the business. Kim graduated from California State University Sacramento with a Bachelors Degree in Sociology and a minor in Criminal Justice.
